Here’s the cycle just in case you don’t know. It’s the cycle where you spend all your time marketing your next product or service and then you have to sell, build and deliver it as well.
Your cycle might be a little different for you, but you know the cycle well. What you do know is that you get so busy in “your cycle” that you are not working on the one area you really want To GROW!
Do you find yourself getting caught in this cycle?
Look at that cycle again, what do you see? What I see is someone who stuck in the cycle that keeps them from growing. Most small business owners would say that they know exactly how that looks. They know that each time they are wearing that hat; the other key areas are not getting done.
So what can you do to break the cycle?
Here is what has to happen to break the cycle. First you have to step away from what you are doing now to see “how” you are doing your “system.” That’s it! Did you see it? Did you see that what you are doing is just one big
cycle system! The way that you have been doing it is something that is repetitive and here’s your big “aha” moment, you could step away long enough to “put it in writing ” (right down all the step that you do while you’re wearing that hat) so that someone else could do it.
The answer to stop the cycle of “NO Growth” is to have someone else (we call these “employees”) that can do this work. I know that’s a big risk, but the truth is that’s why you’re an entrepreneur, it’s because you took a risk.
Here’s what you need to do to break the cycle … you need to risk again!
